Craig and I are a couple from Los Angeles, and Leire from 20eventos helped plan our dream destination wedding and welcome event in San Sebastian. We fell in love with the city when we first visited in 2017 and knew since then that we would get married there. We initially found Leire through Instagram (@20eventosweddingplanners) and reached out to her about a year before our desired date. She quickly responded and we immediately felt a great warmth and sense of care from Leire in all our conversations – we could tell right away that we would love working with her.
She gave us plenty of creative options and ideas while understanding our aesthetic, and connected us to a team of the most professional and exceptional vendors – from the venue (the wonderful Hika winery) to the food, entertainment, flowers, photo/video – everyone was amazing to work with. We made a trip in May for the tasting, and Leire was an amazing host, able to introduce us to vendors personally and help us make decisions as a team.
All our efforts and planning paid off with a magical day, with multiple guests commenting afterwards that this was hands down the best wedding they’ve ever attended (you’ll see that as a recurring theme in these reviews!). We truly enjoyed working with Leire and would wholeheartedly recommend her creative savvy and heartfelt guidance to anyone planning a destination wedding in the region. We’re sure she’ll give you the same care and attention to your own dream wedding!
