We have just had the wedding of our dreams in Donostia, San Sebastián. We were looking at Donostia because we have been several times and loved the city. But planning a wedding from London seemed impossible without some help. We found Leire of 20Eventos in Brides magazine, and after just one conversation, we knew we had found the person to arrange it for us. She liaised with all the various vendors, the florist, the caterers, photographers and suggested venues. As guests were flying in from many different countries, the logistical planning had to be spot on. She delivered. During the week before and the actual weekend she worked tirelessly to make sure everything was in place.
The Friday evening welcome dinner was at The Hika Bodega, a stunning winery which hosted us all for a traditional Basque dinner. Leire went up the day before and persuaded them to let us have the dinner al fresco under an awning. The big day was at the Palacio Miramar, overlooking the La Concha bay, it could not have been more perfect.
pSince then, we have had so many compliments on our big day with many people not wanting the weekend to end. We will be forever in her debt and consider her a friend.
