Signature Events Director
On July 2011 we organized a 60birthday chain of events party in the Basque land. Miss Leire Ibañez was our contact person for the artistic program. She has been a real asset, being familiar with the optional performances, suggestion of alternatives and handled the shows in a very professional way. Moreover she served as part of the production crew of the main event, and performed professional skills of the highest level, working in 3 languages (English, Spanish and Basque!). Make sure you give her all your wishes and set assure she will know how to create for you a tailor made event. I myself am waiting for the next opportunity to work with her in the near future.
From our first consultation, I knew Leire would be the right wedding coordinator for me and my husband. My husband and I fell in love with San Sebastian while traveling a few years ago. We didn’t hesitate in thinking that it would be amazing to celebrate our wedding there. We live in NY, so I visited San Sebastian to meet with Leire to see if it was possible to make this destination wedding we had in mind a reality. We made a connection right away. She appreciated the vision that we had for our wedding. It wasn’t always an easy process as I live in NYC planning a wedding in San Sebastian. For that reason, Leire’s knowledge was invaluable to us. From finding the right location, vendors, etc., she worked very hard to make our dream come true. We could never have had the wedding we hoped for without Leire. It was a truly magical and unforgettable experience. We were so pleased with everything. Leire was a pivotal part of making our vision for our dream wedding come true. I can never thank her or recommend her enough.

Dear Leire, Thank you once again for giving us what we believe is the best wedding we have ever attended, which just so happened to be our own. The whole day was a joy to be a part of and made the efforts of us and our guests to get to Spain from Australia more than worth it. We heard many of our guests echo our sentiments about it being the “best wedding ever”. We initially thought we may have bitten off more than we could chew; holding a wedding on the other side of the world, in a place we had never been, in a country where we don’t speak the language, with some guests who were not seasoned travellers, but somehow you made it all happen. We can’t thank you enough for your help from the very beginning – without you we would not have had the amazing location, great food, entertainment and decorations that you were able to organise for us. The regular contact we had throughout the preparations really helped manage our stress and made us understand the process, despite the distance between us. Neither of us really recall your coordination on the day, which is testament to how smoothly it all ran. All of the contractors you recommended were outstanding, especially Angel and the make up artists. And on top of coordinating the day you were a great celebrant for the ceremony. More than anything, you’re just a lovely person! We are very happy to have met you and made a new friend in a new country.
