Corporate Event at Chillida Leku Museum

Good morning Dear ones!

Some months ago we designed an stunning corporate event for a company that requested our services.

The event was hosted at Chillida Leku Museum, It is the Museum of the international artist Eduardo Chillida were his sculptures are placed outdoor and mixed with the landscape. If you have never been here we totally recommend you to visit it.

As a corporate event there was a mix between work and pleasure. We focused specifically on the pleasure side of this event. It was a private party for around forty guest. After discussing with our client we were clear that the event we will designed had to be elegant and classy. It was also very important to pay attention to all the details of the table and the other areas were the guest will walk around.

We wanted to design a very special event. We did it in a Villa. The access to the house is charming and full of mystery since it is surrounded by a forest full of beech, oak and magnolia trees. It is a breathtaking place!

To access to the house all the guest had to walk down the aisle decorated and lightened with lanterns and candles. During the sunset it was spectacular.

The party started with some welcome drinks and food served on the garden. The catering in charge of the food was Bokado and while the guest were enjoying the food in the garden there was a jazz band playing background music. The guest were able to enjoy a champagne station. This bar is of our property and we use it and rent it. In this case a wild long garland decorated the bar and it was fully filled of candles as well.

The entrance to the Villa was decorated with lanterns in different sizes. The branches were decorated with candles in different heights and the bases of the trees had candles too. At night the look was cozy and elegant.

Dinner took place on the porch of the villa and, as for us the most important thing was that the attendees felt comfortable we wanted to give a surprise effect to the entrance in the area where dinner was going to take place and, frame it with vegetation so that it was more special. Our goal was to create a super cozy space and we got it!

And, since there were no more than forty guests, two long tables were enough. We chose black linens, transparent black ghost model chairs and transparent glass tableware, a perfect combination!

The transparent Ghost chairs of black color managed to give that current and elegance touch that we sought from the beginning. Without doubt, an event with a lot of class and good taste.

La plumista was responsible for customizing by hand the natural stones that we use to assign the sites and that each guest could take as a souvenir, the menus were designed by us and were in black printed in white.

The tables were a spectacle of sophistication! For the floral theme we chose a chromatic range in white and green tones, which together with the black formed the chromatic range of the event. As always Endanea did a wonderful job.

For lighting we use suspended bulbs at different heights creating a unique and very warm atmosphere. Thanks to Tentaccion  who accompanied us on all the technical visits that we consider appropriate for the lighting to be perfect!!

In addition to the tables that we have already described, there was one more element we wanted to impress the guests and to create the WOW factor. A black bar counter with matching shelving where guests could order their drinks after dinner. Decorated following the line of vegetation in green and white tones along with candles.

We are very grateful to the team that accompanied us and that thanks to each of them it was possible to organize and design this event:
